In addition to his roles at the CILT, Austin is Head of Business Development for uTrack Software Solutions, a multiple award winning company that make apps forTransportCompanies(includingNationalExpressCoachUKandGreyhound across NorthAmerica).

A founding member of First Group plc, he is also the MD of Verita HR, a Polish recruitment company, employing 60 staff in Warsaw.

In 2006, Austin won an award from the EU for ground breaking recruitment innovations.
